No change for me, I wish I could have gotten short the es earlier in the week, but my work showed a bit more upside before heading back down.

Bonds are now well in the money this morning. I am gonna let them do what they will, still have a stop at 119 will not change that number till I close out the position.
Stocks moved up to an interesting spot will put on a small short on the S&P, yeah I know I said I was gonna short the russell, but something about the S&P is compelling me.
Looking to short the open, and scale in either direction.

Looks like futures are bouncing this morning. Last week I was stopped out of my long position around the 1075 level. This morning it appears we will be opening around that same level.
I still have my short in the bonds, they came close to stopping me out on Friday, but the markets closed before they could cross the 119 level. This morning they appear to be opening around the 118'20 level.
Holding my shorts, stocks are due for a bounce maybe I get lucky and get a chance to sell them at a good price.

Jan 29, 2010 Supplementary
Stopped out of my S&P futures at 1075, had a nice profit, but I let it get away from me.

Interestingly my short term lows have been met on both the NAS and the S&P, I will take a small long position here for a very short ride. Long the es contract at 1083, stop at 1075 upside target 1100.
Still short half my bond position with a stop in at 119.

I'm well into the green this morning on my bond position. Bonds fell for the past 3 days, and they look like they could go lower, but I'll be taking half off the table this morning and moving my stop down to 119. This way in the worst case scenario I will break even.
Stocks bounced like I thought they might. Will start selling into the move tomorrow. Most likely the rus 2000 this time, as that appears to be the weakest.
